Really pleased with the carpets I received from The Carpet Mill ( the remnant section of Kings Carpets ) They offer good quality remnants at great prices and have so much choice! The staff are really polite and helpful and the store layout makes it really easy to find the right size remnants. Some of the remnants are quite large and therefore suitable for bigger rooms. The Manager also kindly recommended a fitter called Ross who has done a great job and for a good price. I cannot fault my experience, would thoroughly recommend.

Just purchased a new carpet for our refurbished dining room. We had a wide choice of remnants at reasonable prices. We received good support on the day from Darren, who did not pressurise us and gave us fair advice and from Jack. We were very pleased with the price paid as it represented good value. We used a carpet fitter recommended by Kings Carpets, Brian Thadwald, who was excellent. He came promptly and fitted the carpet superbly. Overall, very impressed with the service and product from Kings Carpets and recommend them highly.

We went to Kings Carpets late last year to inquire about having the flooring for our new build done this year, and we can't praise them enough. From Martin and Jack in store helping us discuss options and their benefits, even being very honest and transparent and telling us possible negatives with going for more expensive flooring for someone in our situation/lifestyle. (Most other companies would direct you to the most expensive instead.) The quotes were very easy to understand and arrange and they gave us a couple of quote with more or less expensive flooring's in each to help us budget wise. Jack was very understanding when delays on our side arose and did not make us feel rushed or gulity for this. When it came to installing, Martin was a machine and did brilliantly as a one man band, the whole house was done in less than 2 working days and the quality was fantastic. A small hiccup with patterns came up but Martin and the company as a whole were very transparent, they made us aware and solved the problem to make sure everything was perfect for us, working around our schedule to do so. ( Again other companies could have ignored this and carried on.) Thanks very much Kings Carpets!
